I was parking it at my apartment complex and I heard a noise. It looked terrible but I found out from my friend that its just missing some screws and/or that it can be taken off.
He recommends I keep it on and find some ties to hold it on. What do you recommend doing? I can't drive it with the plastic part hanging down on the ground...
