the corn is pulled from the stalk and husks peeled back and all the corn is eaten. The stalks have been broken near the top where it's too thin for anything to climb . We have found no animal tracks in or around the area. This morning I found a fresh peach laying on the ground near the garden..I live in southern Vermont where there are no peaches grown, and this one was perfect, no marks of any kind on it. It seems we have a mystery here....
