Everything you need can be found on ebay. I have learned that the smaller the scale number the bigger the bike is.

1:6 scale are the two bike ones all the way to 1:36 scale are the smallest ones. 1:12 and 1:18 are the most common ones.

I have a pretty big entertainment center with a 55" TV that gives me enough room for display. I'm looking to change it soon...too cluttery. I think I'm going to line a shelf along the perimeter about a foot away from the ceiling and line them all up.

It is my little obsession. Thanks for the comments everyone.
 
Minichamps & Maisto are the best....minichamps will cost ya a little more because most are more detailed and made with more metal.

I agree. Minichamps all the way. I've seen the Maisto stuff and have been less than impressed. I also have an extensive collection of diecast motorcycle models. The Minichamps are head and shoulders above the rest. I do have one Protar model which is very close to the Minichamps.

It's unfortunate that Maisto doesn't put in the same amount of effort into their motorcycle models that they do to their car model lines.
