The cold war.Which side was more responsible?

It depends on ur perspective. I was born and raised in the US so i think the USSR was more responsible. We were taught abt the closesure of Berlin by the Soviets, Cuban Missile crisis ect. So to most Americans they were the "bad" guys. We were taught that the USSR was the agressor. But from a Russian perspective it would be opposite. I am sure theres stuff the US and the west did that would depict us as more responsible. This stuff was obviously down played by our government.
