R2Roswell, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I was thinking the same thing about Susan and Caspian. Lol. I'm such a hopeless romantic. I wish she could have stayed in Narnia to be with him. It would have been a great ending. I knew there was no chance of that happening but like you said, a girl can dream. :)

I saw it yesterday. Major improvement over the first movie. One of the few cases where I would put the movie as being better than the book. The PC book was always one of my least favorites from the Narnia series

I kind of do want to see this movie.

I remember a while back when there was a time when I wouldn't watch the Narnia Chronicles because I was going through an anti-Christian phase at the time but I admit the first one was pretty good.

I don't think the new guy is cute but I do want to see the movie. It looks good enough. Plus Switchfoot has a song in the film which I can't stop listening to.

To tell you the truth, I'm not as pissed off as everyone seem to be about the whole Caspian/Susan, just because I don't know it's a movie. I'm one of those who are okay to see a huge difference when it comes to book/movie adaptation just because the movie just gives the book another layer, unexpected definitely in this one.

So, that's the truth, I am all for to see Caspian/Susan--- no longer needing to imagine/wishing it when reading the book.

The only thing I'm pissed about is no Mr.Tumnus/Lucy.

^ 4th time? Wow! Hahahaha! Don't worry, I did that with The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring. :)

Oooh, finally I will be able to watch Prince Caspian next week! :yay:

I'm already excited for VODT and they won't even start filming until January. I loved PC, but I think I'm going to enjoy VODT more.

I saw the movie yesterday afternoon, and I loved it.

Ben Barnes was so good as Prince Caspian. I couldn't take my eyes off him. My friends and I were wondering how Susan resisted for so long.

The actress who plays Lucy has grown up so much from the first movie to the second one. She's so pretty.

Peter kinda disappointed me in this movie with his behavior. I didn't like some of the things he did.

Am I the only one who loved the Regina Spektor song towards the end? I thought it was beautiful and looked it up as soon as I got home.

I want to see this movie. It looks really good.

The actor who plays Prince Caspian [I just forgot his name ] is cute.

he never talks much. I gotta say, he's my favourite character. I find that young actor to be very engaging. There's something very interesting about him.

I enjoyed the movie. I was afraid I wouldn't like it as much as the first, but it didn't happen.
Caspian/Susan didn't bother me at all. I thought they were cute. There weren't all that many scenes anyway, so it's not like there's much to hate... i think.

You're right. I've never read the books and I really liked the movies.
I think it happens all the time, the comparision. But for me, book is book and movie is movie. Watching the movie will never be like reaidng a book and working your imagination. When we read the book we make the movie in our own head. But when there's a movie I don't expect it to be the way I had it in my head, cause everybody has their point of view. As long as by the end of it, I'm pleased by the result and i think it's good as a movie I don't see the need to bash it just cause it's different from the book.
For what's worth, no movie will ever be as good as the book (at least for me), unless the book sucks.

I've read the books too, and I didn't mind it. I'm re-reading PC now, on ch. 5.

I liked him in this movie too, especially when he stabs the witch and the "It's King Edmund actually." part.

Do you mean that in a good way or a bad way?

I like this one better.

What do you think about the Susan and Prince Caspian romance???? I'm looking forward to how they will portray it. Heres a clip I found which features them kissing ;)

Yeah a girl can dream. lol. I try not to let that whole romantic side of me come out but I guess it just comes with the territory of being a girl.

That's cool that you saw it for a 3rd time. It's always fun to see the movie more than once in theaters. I must've seen Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith in theaters like 6 times. lol.

Well I just cannot stop listening to the song 'This is home' by Switchfoot, the cover song for the movie. Love it! The score for this movie was pure magic. And when the kids first arrived to Narnia, I loved that they used that same soft melody that was used in the first.

yeah, it was a mistake for them to push back Prince Caspian. too much competition right now. but whatever. hopefully they dont make the same mistake in the third one.

so i watched it again for the 4th time last night  i know i stated that 3rd time was enough for me...but i had to watch it with one of my closest friends who's obsess as i am, and it was fun watching it for the 4th time.
