the check engine light on my 2002 ford escape comes on after a rain..and the car bucks

when I drive for 2 days? after 2 days it goes away. I brought it into the ford dealer and they said the test didn't show anything...and that i should wait until it happens again and then drive it right into the shop...any ideas what this is?
