the central locking on my x reg ford mondeo is not working!?

The central locking on my x reg ford mondeo aspen is not working, when i unlock my car with the remote only the driver side door unlocks. I can unlock the front passnger side door from inside the car or using the key at that side. The rear doors will not open at all. Can anyone suggest what i can do? I want to try and fix this myself if i can.
 
A common fault on the older mondeo is corroded wiring under the front carpets
the wiring for the ctl locking is verry thin
look for green corroded wiring
the wires sometimes brake in side the insulation

Another fault was motors have stoped working in each door

Corroded electrical pins in the door wiring looms ( door to Apillar conectors )
