The cd player in my car won't take the cd,when you push eject it makes a loud

buzzing noise. Help!!? There is no cd in the player. When I go to put one in it won't take it. When I press the eject button it makes a loud buzzing noise for atleast 30 seconds. What do I do? Does the cd player need to be replaced?
