The CD player in my 2001 Mazda Tribute is not working. It ejects discs without

playing them. Help? I just purchased the car today, the radio and tape deck work fine, there are no error messages on the player display, and no problems ejecting or loading CDs. When I insert the CD, the player seems to struggle for a couple seconds, then just ejects. I have tried several different CDs, so I think it is the player, but I don't know how to reset it.
 
maybe you should try pushing the load button on the left hand side vs pushing the CD in with your hands. But if that wont help well, I only like the 2010 Mazda 6

Try a CD Lens Cleaner. Its like a CD but it has a row of tiny bristles about a quarter inch wide on the under side of the CD. Copy and paste the like below. It contains a list of stores you can buy one from. They're only about 6 bucks and there's a good chance it will work.
