This isn't for an assignment or test, I'm in an introductory business course in university and I am trying to make notes on my readings, but can't find ANYTHING on the Canadian Financial (or Investment) System. I need to know:
- purpose and benefits, participants (users and providers of capital)
- 3 capital markets - name, location, what is sold in each
- public sale process, prospectus, IPO, agent vs. principal - differences in risks and payment
- primary market vs. secondary market
