The Bucket List

I have just been to see this excellent film ,
Two terminally ill men escape from a cancer ward and head off on a road trip with a wish list of to-dos before they die.
Jack Nicholson an Morgan Freeman are wonderful , its one of those films that isnt too sugary sweet or preachy ...just the right balance ,
Its a light heartwarming film that lets you think about your own mortality without being heavy handed ..
8/10

ps
I cried at the end ..lol

Morgan Freeman is one of my all time favourite actors. And I have to say that after seeing the trailers I do really want to see it.

I would never want to stop people making their own minRAB up but if ever there was a film with a bad reputation it's this one. If the posters were honest they'd say:

"dire... soulless... sappy and bullyingly manipulative... astoundingly horrendous drek." - Daily Telegraph

"patronising... offensive to people actually enduring the painful, humiliating process of dying" - The Times

"silly, fraudulent... enraging in its depiction of the joys of terminal cancer" - the Guardian

"melodrama for morons" - Time Out

They're all true quotes from this week's film reviews. Average rating: two stars.
