the brakes on a 1991 honda civic si?

Hi everyone, I am planning on buying a 1991 honda civic si hatchback, but there are a couple of questions I have, These would be best for owners to answer but I will look through all the answers but, does it have rear disk brakes as I heard only came on the SI, and JDM Sir, and secondly I also heard it came with A/C, do they have these features?
 
have a look at the vehicle and it will be obvious.

Note the a/c willl probably have worn out and the discs replaced several times or are ready for replacement/.

I hope you are not paying good money for such an old car.
