The BP oil spill is nature's way of showing it's disapproval of Obama

My firm belief (even of the parties I "support") is that no one that sticks around in politics was likely brought up with any kind of moral compass. Politics attract and breed crooks.
 
Oh. I read about this a few days after I learned of the spill (which was admittedly a bit late since I was on vacation when it occurred and under a rock).

Its nuts that you guys aren't aware of the remote shut off valve. I found it very peculiar that this valve is required in other jurisdictions, but not in the US. It really suggests that industry and government should probably start sleeping in separate rooms, or at least without their mouths on eachothers dicks.
