My boss is a fake ass asshole. I work for a local city public works department, in the office. I manage the computers we have. Which is two gay ass ones. My boss just had me hired because i work little hours and minimum wage. So its easy for him. He doesnt have to do the shit he is supposed to do. He just gives it to me because I'm getting paid $7.16 a fucking day, because i only work like 1.5 hours after work.
I will show up to work, and my inbox will be full on my desk.
And this ass face has the nerve to tell me that his computer is broken because he cant find his emails. WOW! Someone shoot the fucker. He is a fucking dumbass, he tells me to restart my computer when the monitor is going out. I guess that makes sense right? Since the monitor is the computer. WOW! Do they make a book called "COMPUTERS THE BASICS FOR FUCKING ASSHOLES"? He tells me how to do my job, even though I was hired to do exactly what he wants nothing to do with.
Like when he gives me these so called "PROJECTS" to work on. He will act like I'm not busy with what I'm doing and basically have me drop everything and have me do something else, so he wants me to do one thing but do another at the same time. I guess I should have time to do that since I work 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week right? He will have me do like a letter for example, and then print it out on letter head, the exact way he wants it. Then he will go back and change shit even though he is the one that wrote the letter, I just typed it. Then he lectures me on english and shit, and blames it one me. I would say on avergage I waste about two reems of city letterhead a year because of this asshole.
Half the time, I will get these unreasonable requests from him, like he thinks it will take me two seconds to punch in all these MSDS sheets that I dont have and then make it so someone can just go in a program and press Search and it will find what they want. I mean im not a software programer for fucking sake, thats why we buy these things. I dont make 7.16 an hour to write a software program. I mean give me a fucking BREAK and let me do my work.
Last month I asked for this $400 software program which will help manage this state required testing that we do for these devices, and Im supposed to be incharge of it. IM 16 FUCKING YEARS OLD. He told me no to the software because he thought it was too much. But a couple weeks ago he had my update his comp with Office 2003 and Windows XP Pro, which came to about $700. I guess whatever fucking benifits him. Considering he knows how to use all that right? I guess I can manage a state and federal program required by law, by using some file folders and excel. I mean WTF!
And at work I have this 22 inch monitor on my desk for some odd reason, because we run our water plant on it, and it needs a high resolution, and we just run it remotely from the plant, to our office. So I need a monitor that supports 1280x1024, even though a 17 inch monitor does. So I guess it makes sense to buy a monitor of a Fucking TV. And now the monitor is going out because knowone ever shuts it off, its been on like for 3 years, non stop and my boss is like, well lets send it back since there still is a warranty. Im like yeah whatever, so i did. I get the damn thing back its like 10 times worse. I bet the fucking company took it out of my box and sent it back in theirs to make it look like they did something. And now he is like, well it looks fine to me. Im like yea to myself, well you dont have to look at it now do u? And like the other 7 employees think its terrible, not my boss, because he doesnt give a fuck, because he doesnt have to look at it.
Anyways about him. He has the worst most childish jokes ever. He is 60 years old. He thinks I go home and read the bible for 8 hrs and goto bed. And basically thinks ive never said a cuss word in my life. Well he is wrong. That fucking asshole still works for a small city at the age of 60 and has millions of dollars after winning the Readers Digest Sweepsteaks TWICE! Plus he owns tons of property that he logs and sells the timber and then sells the property. Ive only got one thing to say. FUCK THIS ASSHOLE! I feel for anyone who has a similar boss. I mean he is pathetic. He has a set day of each week for eating like chicken and shit for lunch. He should be stoped and anyone like him. I PRAY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE OFFICE JOBS and GET TREATED LIKE SHIT!
