I re-discovered the soundtrack recently and I've been listening to it ever since. The only other soundtrack that's just as good is that of "Dirty Dancing", IMO. :sigh:

Part of me wishes they'd do a sequel, but since sequels are rarely ever good... :(

Frank: No
Rachel: What? You afraid that I'm going to get picked off in my snazzy running suit?
Frank: No. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to jog with you. :lol:
 
this was like my fav movie when i was eight i used to walk around with a walkman with the bodyguard soundtrack playing

The director tells a funny story in the Making of: in England, someone was sued, because he played I will always love you for 24 hours. :lol:
 
I love every scene. My absolute fav. has to be the scene wher Frank gets shot.

[she's hit! She's been shot! There's blood!]
Rachel: It's not me! It's not me! He's my bodyguard
[looks at Frank] No! No! Stay with me Frank, stay with me! Hurry up!

I also love the end.
Rachel: [rubs Frank's cast] You shouldn't be here

Frank: So, how's the new guy?
Rachel: He's got white hair Frank.
Frank: He's very good.
Rachel: Yeah, but did you have to get me an old man?
Frank: [smiles] I don't trust you.
Rachel: Yeah well, let's get this over with...give me a kiss.
Frank: [hugs her and kisses her cheek] Goodbye Rachel.
Rachel: [tear] Bye Frank.

In fact, the dance scene is one of my favorites.

Rachel: Have you ever been in love with anyone?
Frank: What do you mean?
Rachel: Like me. A girl.
Frank: Yeah, a long time ago.
Rachel: What happend? You mind if I ask?
Frank: You mind if I don't answer?
Rachel: I don't want to pry.
Frank: (laughs) Yeah.
Rachel: What? She didn't die, did she? (laughs) While you were protecting her, she got killed. (laughs harder)
Frank: (looks sad)
Rachel: God, that is not it? -silence- That's it, isn't it?
Frank: Nobodys perfect.
Rachel: I'm sorry Frank. I'm sorry.
Frank: (smiles) No, but nice try though. (laughs)
Rachel: Picks up fries and about to throw them at Frank.
Frank: (blocks her hand and laughs) It was much more dramatic than that. She didn't love me anymore. Can you imagine that?
Rachel: No. Not really.

The ending is so amazing, though. Every time the plane stops and "I will always love you" starts playing....just wow. Sends shivers down my spine. :sigh:
