I must say, I went in not having a clue what the film was about or what to expect and I bloody loved it. It was hilarious, sweet and heart warming - great fun. It did go on a tad too long and some parts could have been cut out but I'm glad I went to see it. Great British film! :D

I am glad you enjoyed the film.I watched it today as well.Welcome to the world of Pirate Radio in the 60s.Having done some support work on one of the big name pirate stations a few years ago since it became landbased(meaning its now got a licence) there were a few tearful moments but all in all a fantastic film.

Saw it yesterday and absolutely loved it. It's a long film but padding is totally absent because there's something new happening to the storyline at every turn. Great comedy, great soundtrack, great pace....don't miss it!!!

hated the trailer and mearly didnt go:mad: but really liked the film:) thank the lord for unlimited carRAB:)
even if they have just put the price up:eek::mad:

i went and saw this today, just got back. loved it,makes me even more mad that i was born in the 90's haha. would have loved to have been around then! it had all the best music.
:)

I went to see it last night and thought it was good, amazing soundtrack anyway.
Shame about Gemma Arterton only being on for a minute or so though.

i loved it :D the music was fantastic, although i think there were about 5 times when i thought it was over and something else happened lol, and i loved the end
i really thought the count was gonna die, so it was awesome when he came out the water
can't wait til it comes out on dvd, but you have to see it now (all i can say is Chris O'Dowd and Lorraine Ellison on the big screen = genius)

Suprised by all the critisism of this film ...thought it was very good perhaps tad over long but great soundtrack ..it was always difficult for Richard Curtis to surpass the brilliant Love Actually ..but this was good!...one of those films one neeRAB to see more than once to appreciate it properly ...wish ralph brown ( del preston in waynes world 2 ) had a bigger better part though i thought his talent was wasted but overall excellent film thought phillip seymour hoffman was excellent as the count and loved the way curtis replicated using a funny surname as in blackadder goes forth with jack davenports charactor!! that was clever scripting !!and hilarious !!great feel good movie!!!
