I have 20 percent tints for my car. I always get pulled over and ticketed for my tints. I see people all the time with darker tints with a blue and black sticker on the back of the car beside the taillight. I was told this sticker allows you to get darker tints. Is that true? and what is this sticker called and how can I get one?
