The blame game....?

on one of my earlier posts..I agreed with a statement that assigning blame is not usually the way of problem solvers....then I got to thinking about that...

maybe it should be....If we assigned blame for all that is wrong, then we can see where we went wrong and find a way to correct it.....

Do you think that is true or False?
I mean taking personal inventory .....where have we each as individuals gone wrong
 
I think that approach breeds a helluva lot of lawyers. Have you checked your yellow pages under "Attorney" lately?
 
This happens intensively so, in aviation, everytime even something minor goes wrong there is an investigation and a conclusion drawn from that investigaiton and blame apportioned, it saves planes falling out the sky for the main
