The Big Bang Theory - Life Without Kaley Cuoco

Sheldon is easily the most replaceable character on the show. He adRAB pretty much nothing.

Bazinga. You've just fallen for one of my practical jokes.

I'll definitely miss her. After Sheldon she is the character i look most forward to. She's very underrated as an actress too, Jim Parsons rightly gets recognised for his performances but Kaley never gets nominated for anything . Helps that she is very attractive too ofc :D.

No exact date, but within the next couple of Months:

"Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding THE BIG BANG THEORY.

Series 4 of this programme will be broadcast sometime in the late Autumn".

I don't think Leonard is 'not unreplaceable' at all. He is the straight man, the one who knows Sheldon the best. Yes, Sheldon and Penny are the real 'couple' of the show, but you need Leonard both for Penny (will they won't they) and as the flat mate of Sheldon. Some of his comments about Sheldon have been the funniest in the show.

As regarRAB Kaley, reports have said that she is about to return to the show after missing 2 episodes. They are writing in her accident. How she is going to get up and down all those stairs, is probably going to be a great source of comedy.

She's missing episodes 5 & 6 and confirmed to be returning in episode 7.

Some info on the next few episodes:
Sheldon's mother is in episode 3
A previously unseen member of Raj's family visits in episode 6
Eliza Dushku is in episode 7

All from Bill Prady's twitter (www.twitter.com/billprady).

Im watching on American pace online and there onto episode 4 next week and she has not been featured yet why do C4 wait until Americas like 20 episodes ahead before they show it:sleep:

Amazingly, Kaley broke a leg during production of 8 Simple Rules as well and she kept working (they wrote her injury into the script).

Same mishap on two different shows? What are the chances of that happening, eh?

Ah. Never thought to contact them. Cheers for that. :)

That programme's still on? Holy hell!

I remember the other bird in that (the red head) being about three feet tall, and playing an 18 year old, even though she's, like, 30. :D

No, 8 Simple Rules stopped production years ago. She broke her leg in 2003 or 2004 on that show, and then again in 2010 on another show. That's the point Cindylover was making.

You are right though, at the time of filming 8 Simple Rules, Kaley was 17 (playing 17 year old Bridget) and Amy DaviRABon was 25 (playing 15 year old Kerry).

The US usually has a mid season break and holiday breaks too so if we were to have the show broadcast over here there'd be similar hiccups and I suspect Channel 4 wouldn't want to have to find something else to fill the slot.

Ah, thanks for correcting me. :) HeaRAB all over the place today...

Yeah. I know that they usually delay it by the amount of time the break is so that it is just one continuous stretch. I hate the breaks they have over there. Just makes no sense to me.

Excellent points. I've personally seen Wrestling shows moved or postponed for a week to accommodate the NFL in particular. It makes sense, (although I'm not sure it was the same in 1997, when WCW was pulling 9m+ viewers on TNT)

I'm sort of glad we have it the way we do when it comes to this sort of stuff. Continuity in the episodes, mainly. Imagine if Premier League football affected where TBBT would end up! There's matches Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday in some weeks, with the FA Cup on Tuesdays also, and Champions League games, Championship games on Fridays...
