The Bible, equal education for everyone?

By 'equal education' I presume you mean equal education for both men and women.
Exodus 19:3
"And Moses went up unto G-d, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying: 'Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel:"
"House of Jacob" is a phrase usually understood to specify the women, while "Children of Israel" usually means both men and women, a strictly literal understanding will mean just men. In Hebrew all words are male or female, no neutral words, so 'children' is a male word, even though it usually means both male and female children simultaneously.
So the reason both terms are used here is to demonstrate that G-d wants it undeniably understood that the following message was given to both men and women. The message in particular was to prepare to receive the Torah at Mount Sinai in 3 days time. In other words, the Torah was for both men and women, and Torah of course representing knowledge and therefor education by extension.
That's not really an answer from the Bible, it's from the Torah, and may be somewhat different based on which Bible (mis)translation you're using.
