The best Quad Band phone?

For me, the Sony Ericsson W810i hands down. That probably isn't true for everyone though. Some people don't like the candybar, or the Sony Ericsson brand. Some swear by Motorola, some by Nokia, some by Samsung. You see, the "best" is very subjective. If there really was a "best" phone, everyone would be using it.

I understand that people have their favorite brand. Doesn't matter to me. Just seeing what others thing. I don't mind the candy bar or flip style phones. Not picky.

Well, not really. If you look at the phone it is in the vein of the W810i, not the W600i. So yes, the W610i is a newer version of the W810i. I would agree though, out of all the phones I've had (Motorola, Samsung, Danger, Blackberry, HTC and SE) the W810i is by far the best in terms of UI and reception. Its reception always amazes me.

SE W810i. [IMO] It was great. The W610 is an upgrade to the W810i.

I've used tons of Motos (not so much the latest Nokias) so it might be a little subjective...

The N95 isn't a phone. Its a multimedia handheld device [or something along that line ]

The main differences between the W610i and the W810i would be

A2DP
slimmer profile
TFD displays
Walkman 2.0

I'd hold out for the K850i for SE though the w580 looks pretty sweet.

As for Motorola, the RIZR Z8 looks promising with the 3G and the Symbian UIQ OS.

The ROKR Z6 (especially the mandarin orange one) looks pretty hot too, with the new Java/Linux OS. The RAZR2 V8 also has the Java/Linux OS, but it lacks a memory slot and doesn't take QVGA video. The Upcoming PEBL U9 also looks very promising.

As for Nokia, the Luna looks pretty hot, but it unfortunately lacks a memory card slot. I'd say the N95 is one of the best phones in their lineup. It has a great balance of functionality and lightweight form factor.

For Samsung I'd say the U600 is the sleekest of their quads.

I could be mistaken, but I don't think LG even has a quadband in their lineup, which kind of sucks because I'd totally get the prada phone if it were quad.
