i really want to make my arms look thinner kasi ang taba2.ampanget tgnan kea i look chubby tlga.so nagsea2rch ako sa youtube ng exercises to make my arms thinner nga. yan ang nkita ko.so ang ibig sabihin ba ng toning jan eh to make my braso thinner?ok ba yang exercise na yan pra pumayat braso ko?? pls help me.. pls..
