The best low-cost Verizon Wireless Cell Phone?

I want to get a cell phone, and I have Verizon Wireless. I could use a phone that is free or costs less than thirty dollars. I want a phone that does not need a data package. A 1.0 megapixel or higher would also be good. A QWERTY Keyboard is also a mostly must.
I only want a data plan if nothing else works.
