Best: Urgh, so many. To name a few, Naruto/Shippuden (minus the fillers), Dragonball Z, Kyo Kara Maoh, Grave of the Fireflies (if movies count), Death Note, Fulmetal Alchemist and Gundam Seed/Destiny. There are many more though.
Worst: K-On. Urgh, that is the most worthless anime I have ever seen.
