...does not open by remote!? Also the trunk will not open even if I push the trunk open button on the dash it will only open if I use the key and manually open it what can I do to fix this problem? Also I checked the fuse box in the trunk and under the hood I could not find any burnt fuses. everything else works fine
 
Is there a fuse block under the dash?

Otherwise it sounds like your keyfob is out of sync with the car somehow. Check the manual, there is probably a way to re-sync it.
