I really cannot believe in this day and age, with the vast amount of talented filmmakers, technology, and knowledge about the human mind and fear triggers that they still manage to be able to get away with releasing this repugnant dirge in the name of a motion picture.
Firstly, I don't understand remakes, they smack of a lack of respect for the originators first efforts, bad or not, I would find this offensive. What's worse, is if you make a remake, and if doesn't offer anything more than the original.
I am so glad I downloaded this, because if I had spent a fiver watching this at the cinema, I would have been kicking off asking for my money back.
What the hell has happened to Melissa George's teeth? She used to be a pretty little thing in Home and Away (Angel?) and suddenly seems to have acquired some Hollywood caps to make her resemble Mr Ed.
2/10 - and I gave it that because some people got shot in the beginning. There's more gore in Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
