If the car was in an accident before you bought it you may need to replace the air bags, the seat belt tensioners and the air bag ECU.
If the light just came on and you have owned the car for a while and there has been no accident, you may just have an air bag that is not reading the right resistance which set the code. I'd check with the dealer and see how many years air bags are under warranty. It differs from the rest of the cars warranty.
