I know the Agency workers equal rights law was passed on 22nd of october 2008 but is it fully in effect? it states that after working for a company through an agency after 12 weeks your entitled to the same benefits as company workers eg same pay, holidays etc. ive now been working at a company for 14 weeks and my union rep ( whos a really shifty guy known to tell lies) said the laws isnt in effect yet and theres nothing i can do, is this true? and if not how can a law not be in effect if it has been passed? need answers A.S.A.P
