They're both great movies. Dumbo in particular I find to be more powerful than Bambi, which it's pretty similar to.

I'd wonder how Pinocchio got to be number 1. Sure, I could understand it making the list on its technical merits, but the only thing the writing's got going for it is Jiminy Cricket and the Pleasure Island sequence.

I can't take this list seriously with Happy Feet being there. Especially with it outranking The Lion King.

While there's some questionable choices, it always makes me glad to see Spirited Away on the list, let alone top 5.

I think it's a pretty nice list. :] I didn't see Pinocchio coming in at first at all though.

But it's a movie that only really works (for an adult viewer, anyway) if you are familiar with and emotionally attached to the characters in it before you see it. Otherwise, the characters just seem undeveloped, and the "big moments" like Optimus fighting his final battle with Megatron doesn't come of as especially epic and falls pretty flat. Believe me, there is a reason why critics disliked the movie (and unlike what Transformers fans often tend to say, it most certainly wasn't only because they thought the movie was to dark or intense for kids).
