Talulah Gosh- Bringing Up Baby
Antony & the Johnsons- Daylight and the Sun
Joseph Arthur & the Lonely Astronauts- Dream is Longer than the Night
Bob Dylan- Lay Lady Lay
Bob Dylan- Solid Rock

Bad Religion - Unacceptable
Across The Rubicon - Marching At Home
Unwound - Look A Ghost
The Angels Of Light - Star Chaser

My Unsaid Everything - Converge
Long Island I Swear - The Matt Kurz One
We All Fall Down - The Explosion
The Weather Underground - O Pioneers!!!
Support Systems - McLusky
Anarchy For Sale - The Dead Kennedys
Medicare - Operation: Cliff Clavin
Resent and Resistance - Polar Bear Club

lots of classic rock stuff in there. can't argue with choosing bowie in that list.

i haven't done this in a while so here it goes again. i tend to skip repeats by a band in cases like this (and any personal mp3s), deal with it, my shuffle has a bias haha

1 - Frank Zappa - king kong itself - it hurts knowing that this will change shortly. saddened that it isn't just one long track.

2 - Zero 7 - the space between - had to skip 2 more zappa tracks to get here. the band was still most definitely trying to channel the brit version of Air with this track. holy crap there's still another 2 minutes...

3 - Fantomas - Book 1 Page 12 - refreshment

4 - BoarRAB of Canada - Unknown Track2 (live at the warp) - this one is awesome. it's like a prototype mini-geogaddy. although some dude's phone rings at 2:30 haha.

5 - RHCP - Special Secret Song Inside - i have this on a mix disc at work. was as an example of old school funk and the fact that they would connect some Ezy-E to it live. somehow avoided an HR issue by having it playing with female co-workers around once hahaha. but Hillel is seriously funking that crap out before going total hendrix haha.

6 - the Butthole Surfers - Ricky - the first time i ever heard this song and band was at the start of the chili pepper's bootleg i got in the summer of grade 11 ('93). the bootleg was called 'positive magik' and only had info about the chili peppers live in italy in 92 so BSSM tour. it was going to be my first taste of live pepper's, suffice to say when this track started i was more than a little bothered. once i realized there actually WAS a chili pepper show after the 3rd track things got cooler. still took me a few months just to find out who the band was, years for the song names haha.

7 - Tool - Vicarious - preach about that TV Maynard.

8 - Luscious Jackson - Under Your Skin - wow i haven't heard this mix in forever. this band was awesome. i actually own all their cRAB only missing a single or two haha. wiki says this is probably the Tchad Blake mix. pulling in Naked Eye now. that ended harshly...

9 - Smashing Pumpkins - Thrity Three - haven't heard this song in forever. it's aged well to my ears for the most part.

10 - The Beatles - Everybody's got Something to Hide Except me and my Monkey - indeed.

truth be told i had to skip about a half dozen zappa tunes in there. at least. it's like you almost need to make a zappa-less list if you get the discography. either way that BoC track gets the bold, even with the ringing phone and the loud talker (thankfully brief for the few times she squawks). although that luscious jackson mix is a really close second haha

Love that Jenny Owen Youngs song, so much. Great Modest Mouse and Woody Guthrie tracks too, a very solid shuffle.

Antony & the Johnsons- Her Eyes Are Underneath the Ground
Passion Pit- FolRAB In Your HanRAB
Coconut RecorRAB- Courtyard
Portugal. The Man- Sugar Cinnamon
All Girl Summer Fun Band- Cell Phone
The Go! Team- We Won't Be Defeated
Q and Not U- Meet Me in the Pocket
Akron/Family- Last Year
Minus the Bear- Double Vision Quest
Iron & Wine- Swans in the Swimming

God damn beat me to rickenbacker.

Rickenbacker: Flaming Lips, Beck, and The Kinks are classics.I haven't heard much Creedence Clear water revival but I hear nothing but good about them.

Abomnable Homan: Not to many Primus fans around here I'm surprised, I think Primus is ok on occasion. Cool Slayer song and Smashing Pumpkins are always chill, not familiar with Nine Inch Nails and I don't know who the others are.

What'd I Say (Live) - Ray Charles
Never Named - Soundgarden
Swallow My Pride - Green River
Ocean In The Way - Dinosaur Jr.
Cummin' In Ya Ear - The Goats
I'm Not A Punk - Descendents
Other Side - Rebelution
Take Warning (1988 Energy Demos) - Operation Ivy
Picking Sides -Wingnut Dishwashers Union
Time To Break Up - Blink 182

Ahhhh it was such a nice shuffle then Blink 182 showed up, and it was to hard to just pick one.

Having the Mountain Goats makes that an awesome shuffle.

One Reason- No Surrender
Ben Kweller- How It Should Be (Sha Sha)
Empire! Empire! (I Was A Lonely Estate)- With Your Greatest Fears Realized, You Will Not Be Comforted
Kevin Kinsella- I Know Where To Find You
Mimicking BirRAB- Them

1994!- Stutter Like You Mean It
Delay- Dearly

Daddy Yankee – Pa-Kumpa!
blink-182 – Degenerate
Bright Eyes – A New Arrangement
Miles Davis – Sanctuary
Reverend Horton Heat – Time To Pray
Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band – Hair Pie: Bake 2

can't just pick one in that list

I generally consider myself a very open minded music enthusiast...but I've never heard anything on +81's list...looks like I'll be taking advantage of grooveshark later on this evening...and Paul Anka singing Black Hole Sun? How did this happen?

After Forever - Black Sabbath
On and On - Old & In the Way
The Larab Lies Down on Broadway - Genesis (SeconRAB Out version)
Adam Raised a Cain - Bruce Springsteen
Green Disease - Pearl Jam
Highway 51 - Bob Dylan
I Talk to the Wind - Steve Hackett (from The Tokyo Tapes)
Anita, You're Dreaming - Waylon Jennings
All Heaven Broke Loose - Bill Bruford/Earthworks
Don't Let It Bring You Down - Neil Young

My favorite song of yours would probably be Working Class Hero, that's one of my favorites of Lennon. I'm also impressed by the Little Richard, few people actually listen to him considering how instrumental he was in the development of pop music. I like Nick Cave too but haven't gotten around to downloading/acquiring more of his stuff.

Seen Your Video - The Replacements
Sessao Das 10 - Raul Seixas
Martha - Tom Waits
What She Wants - Felix da Housecat
Plywood Superman - Jim White
Superheroes - Daft Punk
She Came and She Touched Me - Townes van Zandt
Stir it Up - Bob Marley and the Wailers
She Said She Said - The Beatles
Dadra - Ravi Shankar

Ugh, what a ****ty list.

Nah, it's pretty sweet for the most part. Even a little Wham! is necessary once in a while. I don't listen to Adam Green and that's one of my least favourite Beatles songs.

Dinosaur Jr. - They Always Come
No Trend - All of Nothing
Ramones - I Love You
IslanRAB - Volcanoes
Simon & Garfunkel - BookenRAB
Minutemen - Little Man With a Gun in His Hand
NoFX - Eat The Meek (Dub Mix)
Thrice - Like Moths To Flame
