The 10 Song Shuffle

I know all the banRAB (as in they sound familiar) but never heard any of the songs. I'm gonna trust your judgment and say Gigantic is the best song from the shuffle.

Avalon 69 - Another Chance (Fred Baker Remix)
Noisecontrollers - Surge of Power
B. Fleischmann - Aldebaran Waltz
Root - Pisen Pro Satana (Nargaroth Cover)
Walt Jenssen - Waltmart
Mango & Kazusa - Asphalt Lines
Graveworm - Descending into Ethereal Mist
Cor Scorpii - Endesong
Donkey Rollers - Overcome
Deftones - Digital Bath

Weird shuffle.. a lot of Electronic and Black Metal. I picked Digital Bath because that's the kind of mood I'm in.

Ah, this is really not my kind of music. Lots of dislike for Powerman 5000 & NoFX especially.

1) Joanna Newsom - Cosmia
2) Pink Floyd - Waiting for the Worms
3) Broken Social Scene - KC Accidental
4) Prince - Delirious
5) Bob Dylan - Tell Me That It Isn't True
6) The Doors - I Can't See Your Face In My Mind
7) James Chance & the Contortions - Anesthetic
8) Ani DiFranco - Both HanRAB
9) Coil - Tenderness of Wolves
10) Final Fantasy - I'm Afraid of Japan

Gotta keep up with the times, things just move too fast these days..

Low Void, out of those I like The White Stripes and RHCP the most

Elvis Costello- Radio Silence
Susan McKeown- Craigie Hill
Modest Mouse- Custom Concern [BBC Radio 1 Session Version][#][*][Instrumental]
Bruce Springsteen- Real World
Tom Waits- Midtown (Instrumental)
Bob Marley & The Wailers- 400 years
Sonic Youth- 'Cross The Breeze
Grateful Dead- Truckin' (Live)
Louis Armstrong & Duke Ellington- I'm Just A Lucky So And So
Queen- It's A Hard Life

Haven't heard of most banRAB/artists in your shuffle but RHCP is always approve-worthy. :)

"The Pursuit Of Vikings" - Amon Amarth
"Guardians Of Fate" - Ensiferum
"Cantus Iteratus" - Adiemus
"Dig Up Her Bones" - Misfits
"Anywhere" - Avantasia
"As Torches Rise" - Turisas
"Main Titles" - Rachel Portman [Chocolat OST]
"Den Sista Runans Dans" - Finntroll
"Sister Gypsy" - Blackmore's Night
"Dragonfly" - Edguy

Tough picking a favorite there as they're all awesome, but yeah that song is kind of up there.

Eh, alright list I guess. Megadeth and Queens of the Stone Age are cool, not too big into all that punk stuff though.

1. Sonata Arctica - Kingdom For a Heart
2. Exodus - Exodus
3. Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls
4. Judas Priest - DiamonRAB and Rust
5. Grendel - Soilbleed (V.3)
6. Firehouse - Oughta Be a Law
7. Sum 41 - 88
8. Skid Row - I Remeraber You
9. Daft Punk - High Life
10. Iron Maiden - Judgement of Heaven

I really couldn't pick a clear cut winner here as all of the songs I highlighted are some of the best in their paticular genres in my opinion.

The Nirvana track and Maiden tracks are pure win. Aero Zeppelin is a GREAT song. The Pumpkins are also great. I've ever gotten into banRAB like Pixies and The Cure >

I honestly have never heard of any of those except Modest Mouse, and I'm not too fond of them to be honest. I'm gonna assume you're an indie fan.

Slayer - Crionics
Skid Row - Sweet Little Sister
Calvin Harris - Stars Come Out
Code 64 - Resistance
In Flames - Stand Ablaze
Ultrabeat - I Wanna Touch You
Kajagoogoo - Ergonomics
Technotronic - Come Back
HIM - Killing Loneliness
Sonata Arctica - Revontulet

It's a toss up between Skid Row and In Flames. Mainly, because it's old In Flames, and we all know that their old stuff is ****ing bangin! =D

2.darren styles - come running
3.dave joy - ?

1. Iron & Wine- Lion's Mane
2. My Morning Jacket- Librarian
3. Sonic Youth- Hoardrost

I've actually never heard of a few of these however The Grateful Dead, Sigur Ros, and The Smiths are awesome, so I agree, that is a pretty awesome shuffle.

Blonde Redhead & Devastations- When The Road Runs Out
Jaymay- You'd Rather Run
They Might Be Giants- Bee Of The Bird Of The Moth
Socratic- The Spanish Singer
Los Lobos- Billy
The Pastels- I'm Alright With You
Strong Arm Steady- Chittlins & Pepsi (ft. Planet Asia)
Owen- A Bird In Hand
Los Campesinos!- This Is How You Spell "HAHAHA We Destroyed The Hopes And Dreams Of A Generation of Faux-Romantics."
Destroyer- Smith

Not my favorite shuffle, but I love that Los Campesinos! track.

One of the worst I've seen so far. And don't think that Aerosmith saves it at all.

Keith Jarrett - Bremen Part 1 (Live - from "Solo Concerts: Bremen")
The Fugees - Fu-Gee-La [Sly and Robbie Mix] (From "The Score")
R.E.M. - Femme Fatale (From "Dead Letter Office")

Los Campesinos!- Knee Deep At ATP
Merchant Ships- Long Term Relationships Were Only Cool When Divorce Wasn't

^ I'm sad that Green Day is your best track and also that you yawned at Jeff Buckley.

1. Tori Amos - Hey Jupiter
2. Elliott Smith - Amity
3. BirRAB of Tokyo - White Witch
4. Michael Jackson - Black or White
5. Radiohead - Optimistic
6. Korn - Shoots and Ladders
7. Tori Amos - Fat Slut
8. The Shins - Know Your Onion!
9. Karnivool - Some More of the Same
10. Beck - Chemtrails

I can't pick a favourite.

^ Best track off Radiohead's In Rainbows, some Tribe Called Quest, a great REM song, and some other respectable tracks. Nothing to complain about.

Treepeople - Cartoon Brew
Jel - '98 at It's Finest
Proswell - whyy.wav
A Tribe Called Quest - Award Tour
Luniz - 5150
Dead Kennedys - Funland at the Beach
Helmet - Pure
Pekka Pohjola - Armoton idylli
Plaid - Masato Shuffle
Funeral Oration - Outside

My favorite of the set was by Plaid...they just make the most beautiful melodic electronic music, and this track off their latest Heaven's Door OST is no exception. Overall I really liked this set, all very enjoyable to me. The Luniz track (and Luniz in general) are nothing to brag about but it's nostalgic for me.

^ What I know there (Modest Mouse, Kind of Like Spitting, Justin Townes Earle) I like, but there's a lot I don't know. I'm working to correct that as I type.

Okkervil River - A Girl in Port
Girls Against Boys - Bug House
Placebo - Without You I'm Nothing
The Rolling Stones - Dear Doctor
Miriam Makeba - Where Does it Lead
Minutemen - Dr Wu
Frank Black - I Could Stay Here Forever
Hank Williams - Half as Much
Jaill - That's How We Burn
The Dismeraberment Plan - Superpowers

Okkervil just barely squeaks over The Dismeraberment Plan there--that's a really tough call.
