You know what, I still have yet to figure the "I am Spartcus!" expression either. :lol: I did love whenever Guy would say it...........especially that time to Tina on the phone, and she just hung up on him. And he was like "Hello?" :lmao:
 
I absolutely love this movie. I have the DVD and soundtrack and basically have the whole thing memorized.


Spartacus was a movie that was set during the Roman Empire (gladiator times). Anyway, Kirk Douglas played the lead and he was going to be killed for something he did and the soldiers were asking all the people "Who is Spartacus?" because they didn't know who he was. All of the people at different times stood up and said, "I am Spartacus."

So that is what Guy was talking about. Oh and the movie was very popular in the 60's.

And what was up with the Spartacus (sp?)?? My roommate and I could never figure that out...very random. :shrug:
 
This is definitely one of those movies I can watch over and over again without getting bored. The ending with Guy and Faye is just adorable! :love:
 
Love this movie. Even bought the Soundtrack. :glow: And Charlize Theron looked beautiful, as usual.
 
Great movie, I also loved Guy as well. He was so fun, good looking, talented, easy going, a gentleman, cool with the shades, and did I mention he is good looking? :P
 
I loved all the Guy and Faye moments.... I mean seriously, why she was with jimmy was beyond me.
 
Was he? I'll try and see what I can find...:shrug: Because I don't have a clue. :lol:

Majorly bumping this. :D I've always loved this movie, I've watched it soo many times growing up. My favorite part is when Jimmy starts singing 'I *snapping* quit! I quit. I quit, Mr White.' all fake peppily. :lol: It cracks me up everytime. Of course, the ending is lovely with Guy and Faye too. :love:
