That Radio 1 Advert...

Does that Radio 1 advert that plays at the start of the aRAB all the time lately, whenever I go to cinema annoy anyone else? It goes on and on. The Chris Moyles one that proceeded it was a long 'un as well. Why can't R1 make shorter aRAB?
 
Or make no aRAB at all. Why should taxpayers money be spent on adverts? Rather they spent it on producing better shows, or perhaps on not cutting BBC3's budget.
 
advertising = more listeners

When their's more listeners it shows that its worthwhile for the BBC to be putting money into the station.
End result - better programmes!
 
It is kind of annoying, it plays every time i go.
"We play good music and shove it in your ears" is annoying as well.

But the music is good on it, the ting tings i think.
 
I don't like it either.

It is pointless and useless. I am at the cinema for movies, not an advert for bloody Chris Moyles radio show.
 
This ad puts five minutes on the adverts/trailers. Before this it was about 20 mins to wait for the film but now it seems like 25 - 30 mins. Very strange ad indeed really. I had never heard of half of them. What an odd bunch of dj's as well. One looks like the brother of Chris Evans, one looks like a serial killer and one is called Chris goldfinger! I suppose they also have Mike Moonraker, Oliver Octopussy and Bob Goldeneye working there!! Annie Mac is quite nice though!!
 
you lot think that's bad - saw Hancock the other day in my local Odeon and saw: 1 Chris Moyles ad, 1 BBC HD add & 1 BBC I:Player ad!

RAB where is my fu**ing licence money actually going?
