that itch

i get a very intense itch all over my body which last about a minute then leaves behind a rush all over my body. i have had this for a long time and have never had it treated. had alergy tests done on me and have avoided all the stuff i was told to avoid. someone help defining and point me in the right direction to seek treatment

Try using a ice cube on the itch next time, I find this to cool an itch faster.
