You really think Russia and China give a fuck about Iran or the Arabs enough to enter in a nuclear war against the United States and Israel. They care about their oil money and thats it, the people have nothing in common nor do the Russians or Chinese feel any loyalty to the Muslims.. hell neither even particularly like them.
 
The lebanese people should have controlled Hezbollah instead of letting them run wild. Now they deal with the consequences.
 
It's a measured response because Israel isn't pounding them as hard as they could be

they're doing their utmost to only hit targets that weaken hezbollah and nothing else
