Most will be working the equivalent as a gas station attendant with the exception of Health Care, Agriculture jobs will also be in high demand in the future.

you're right it would be a terrible thing to make public universities cheap and available to whoever wants to attend, rich or poor. maintaining the educational status quo is a much better option.
