I want to start one, but i don't know anything about HTML or CSS codes and i heard it takes years to learn stuff like that. 
plus you have to pay real money for the domain. I would use sites like piczo or free webs but to me those kinda seem ''unofficial'' i guess you could say. and the type of layouts they offer you are all glittery and really cheesy. And i don't know if this is just for me.. but whenever i go on piczo sites i get tones of pop ups and there's ads everywhere.
Feel free to post any sites u have!
And if anybody here knows how to do web coding let me know
