Text sent but will not recieve

Moto Q been flashed to the network for months and running great. Yesterday txt stopped working. Well they send, and I can send them to myself and receive them but I do not get them from anyone else.

Did *228 - nothing

Called customer service, reset text(whatever that means) and I reset my phone - nothing

Restored phone to a month ago incase I did something - nothing

Im lost here guys, need some advice from the Pro's
 
It's probably something on Cricket's end. I'm also having texting issues with my Q. I can't send whatsoever, everything else works fine. I guess I'm going to have to call and see if a refresh works.
