beyond irritating at this point. the 100 free minutes they give if you call up and complain does not make up for this. I'm sick of their excuses. Last night it was so bad that I woke up my friend at 4am with a dozen texts that I sent nearly 13 hours before that never went through. She thought I was raving mad for texting at that hour. This morning I explained to her and all was worked out.
I'm generally understanding with tmobile, but to have this issue for nearly a month? it's sms, not PUSH! it has been around since 1985. I want to just tell them "enough apologies, just get it fixed." This is something I'd expect from Cricket, not one of the big 4.
