Lately in my area (KC) we have been having alot of Text and MMS issues. Actually it has been ever since the rolled out the broadband.
Anyway I was posting an experience I had last night with a customer. This fix may have already been posted so if it has I am sorry for double posting but I hadn't run acrossed it lately.
The person brought back in a flashed razor. It was flashed with the CricKet monster file using RSD lite. For some reason he was having issues with the MMS. It would not send nor receive. He also said he was having issues with sending texts but everytime I tried to send one it went through just fine (so I chalked that up to being an isolated incident when it happened to him). So I tried several times to send MMS and it would never send.
The fix......I wrote the .1040 prl to his phone through QPST and voila it worked like a charm. I have never had an issue with a flashed razor and this before EVDO came out, so I thought I would share it with the rest of you in case you run into the same problem.
I am guessing though if he *228's his phone he will have the same issue???
Does anyone know why this would happen???
I hope this helps!!!!!! :buddies:
