If by stoner rock music you mean Jam BanRAB check out Rothbury or 10,000 lakes festival. I'm hoping to hit up one of those two this year but after Bonnaroo I don't think I'll have enough money for anymore festivals this year.

Not jam banRAB but stoner rock like Fu Manchu, Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, Colour Haze, exc.....

I didn't get to make it to Bonnaroo this year but definitely going next year.

there actually have been a few...namely Emissions from the Monolith, which I don't think is around anymore.
And Stoner HanRAB of Doom is still going on every year, I think...but it seems like they change the location every year.
