My manager and I were talking today , and we are both certified in cpr , we work on a beach where it is swim at your own risk with no lifeguards, so we are wondering if we were to help some one who is drowning and then get them to shore and need cpr can we provide it until EMS gets there, if we can are we going to be covered by Good Samaritan Laws
What i am trying to say is if we do help are we going to be protected from the person comeing back and suing us, meaning under the Good Samaritan laws.
