Tetrodotoxin is the toxin found in puffer fish that causes paralysis and death.?

It works by blocking sodium ion gates, thus inhibiting action potentials. No antidote is known, however I am trying to come up with a drug that could help alleviate tetradotoxin. Does anybody know of any drugs that open or activate sodium ion channels or prevent them from being blocked.
