Tethering using Alltel firmware, and MMS problems!

OK Guys, any updates? I have a V3m that had been working fine with MMS and now won't download. I flashed to to the stock monster and it worked for a day and is now back to unable to download. Thanks in advance. PS If it matters I'm in the Louisville market without EVDO yet.

Yeah, apparently you have to use a generic v3m rom, but everyone is saying it works perfectly.
