Does anyone know any tests carried out in hospitals (or doctors surgeries) that help to assess the physiology of patients. For example, tests relating to cardiology, haematology or the respiratory system ?
I understand for cardiology there are blood pressure tests, but how exactly do they work? How accurate are they? What are considered 'normal' or 'abnormal' results ??
