Ok for the last month my skin has been in pretty good condition, low oil, low breakouts. Well the other day I decided to start working out again, nothing serious, no weights, just sit-ups and push-ups, well two days later my face has gone wild, it's pumping out oil like crazy and is broken out all over, even on my forehead which never breaks out.
So my question is does any kind of physical activity raise testosterone levels enough to mess things up? God I hate this!
