testing a car audio power cap?

i have a 1.5 farad power cap that i had in my old car and after i took it out its been sitting in my room for about 2 years..i never discharged it or touched it at all. i now want to sell it on ebay and im wondering if theres a way to test it or if i should be confident selling it. thanks
