Testing 3 chemicals at the same time? Possible?

Say you have three chemicals that will adsorb to a type of soil. It's possible, and safe to test all three of them separately in the lab. However, because so many tests need to be done it will take a considerable amount of time. It would be great to test all three, or even two at the same time, but what preliminary tests can you do that would tell you it's alright to do this?

A liquid chromatography machine is available for use, as is a centrifuge and other necessary supplies.
