Please could anyone give advice on a problem i have had for the past 3 months.
My testicles are itching between my penis and my anus and slightly down my inner thighs. mostly noticeable evening or morning.
I am a very clean person and wash every time i use the toilet and have at least 2 showers a day without exception.
Sometimes when im sat on the toilet i scratch and scratch til they re red raw and i notice like dead skin dark in colour on the seat like dandruff but dark colour.
Also it can have a stale smell which to be honest worries me more than the itch as cleanliness is very important to me.
It seems to have happened a few days after i though i would shave the hair from them and just hasnt gone away since.
No pain anywhere just itching in that one area and this smell.
im not aware of changing soap or washing powders .
The doctor gave me Daktacort which relieves it straight away but doesnt seem to cure anything.
Please can anyone help.
