My first "lineup" was probably either the weekday afternoon syndicated cartoons on Chicago area TV or CBS' Saturday morning lineups (all in the late 70s/early 80s---yeah, so I'm old ;-) ).
I remember watching a lot of Tom and Jerry and Scooby Do on my local WPIX afternoon block when I was a kid. Masters of the Universe as well, though I'm not sure if that was on WPIX or not.
And lots of Saturday morning stuff, including Smurfs and Alvin and the Chipmunks.
The first Saturday Morning lineup I remember seeing was the 1973-1974 ABC Saturday and Sunday weekend shows (Bugs Bunny Show, Yogi's Gang, Super Friends, Brady Kids, Lassie's Rescue Rangers, Goober and the Ghost Chasers, Kid Power, The Osmonds, and Make a Wish). I was about 3 years old.
No offense, but while all the others toons were real toons, only Make A Wish, which I also grew up with, and stars the brother of the late Harry Chapin, ain't no toon--it's live action.
